Availability of units

All apartments identified as affordable are discounted and include the following:
(i) Internet; (ii) Locker; (iii) 5 Appliances (iv) 2 hours per month of personal use of the community room, as well as 15% discount on rental of the multifunction room.

All regular units have access to additional rentals :
(i) Locker  100$/month
(ii) 2nd parking 100$/month
(iii) 5 appliances - 150$/month

(iv) Rental of multifunction room for private events - 95$/hour

For the 1st year of rental, the landlord offer free WiFi and câble for a maximum period of 12 months. A value of 75 $ per month.
